These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bt333 ("bt333", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bt333 website, mobile applications, games, sports betting services, promotional programmes, and all related features (collectively, "the Service").

• Own funds: You must be depositing and wagering your own funds. Using funds on behalf of a third party, or accepting funds from third parties for gambling purposes, is strictly prohibited.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account suspension on bt333 or any affiliated platform at the time of registration or at any subsequent point of use.

bt333 reserves the right to decline any registration application without obligation to provide a reason. Approved registrations are subject to ongoing identity verification checks conducted in accordance with our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

Upon successful registration, bt333 will create a player account linked to your verified identity and designated payment methods. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account at all times.

• Credentials: Your username and password are personal and confidential. You must not share, transfer, or sell access to your account under any circumstances.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA): bt333 strongly recommends enabling 2FA via SMS OTP. While 2FA is optional, bt333 bears no liability for unauthorised access to accounts that do not have 2FA enabled.

• Account inactivity: An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. bt333 may apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳50 BDT or the remaining account balance (whichever is lower) to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email prior to any deduction.
• Account closure by player: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting bt333 support. Pending withdrawals will be processed before account closure is finalised. Balances subject to outstanding wagering requirements are not withdrawable at the time of closure unless those requirements have been met.

bt333 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the point of withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

All financial transactions on bt333 are denominated and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bt333 does not apply currency conversion fees on BDT transactions. The following payment methods are currently supported:

Deposits are credited to your bt333 wallet instantly or within a maximum of 60 seconds for supported mobile financial services. Card deposits and bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes. bt333 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or bank processing times beyond our reasonable control.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any active bonus wagering requirements on your account balance. bt333 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000 BDT.

bt333 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard BDT transactions. However, your bank or mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bt333 accepts no responsibility.

bt333 offers a range of bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible registered members. All promotions are governed by these general Terms and by any additional specific terms attached to the individual promotion at the time it is offered.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus credits must be wagered the number of times stated in the specific promotion terms before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific game contribution rates are disclosed in the promotion details. As a general guide, slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10–20%, and live casino games 5–10% unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, and bonus wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period, will expire automatically. Expired bonus credits and associated winnings are forfeited.
• Maximum bet rule: When a bonus is active on your account, the maximum bet per round or event is ৳1,000 BDT or the amount specified in the promotion terms, whichever is lower. Bets placed above this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bt333 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, civil or criminal referral:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or using details belonging to other persons
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with games, the sportsbook, or the platform interface
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play with other players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes or accruing unfair advantages
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes in the sportsbook to generate guaranteed profit
• Attempting to launder money or process proceeds of criminal activity through the platform
• Accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by applicable law

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the technical operation of the bt333 platform

bt333 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Any account identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended pending investigation. bt333's determination in such matters is final subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 14.

All content on the bt333 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, page layouts, text, databases, and audio-visual materials — is the intellectual property of bt333 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Your use of the bt333 Service grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any bt333 content without prior written authorisation
• Modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any bt333 intellectual property

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by bt333's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

bt333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any policy incorporated herein
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of compromised payment instruments
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Account inactivity exceeding 24 consecutive months
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request relating to the account

Upon termination for cause, bt333 reserves the right to withhold any balance attributable to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms pending full investigation. Balances that are determined to be legitimately owned by the player will be returned via the player's verified payment method within 14 business days of the conclusion of any investigation.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Service and contact support to request account closure. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of contract law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the bt333 platform, bt333 encourages players to first seek resolution through our customer support team, which handles disputes at the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 14 calendar days of submission, either party may escalate the matter to bt333's internal disputes committee. The committee will issue a written determination within 30 calendar days. bt333's determination on matters of platform policy, game outcomes, and bonus eligibility is final in the absence of demonstrable technical error.

Nothing in this section limits your rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded by contractual agreement.
